FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will my wool have matching dyes?

Yes. If you order four balls of yarn (for example) we will ensure the dye lots are the same. On the very rare occasion when this may not be possible, we will contact you regarding the matter.

Are your fabrics repeatable?

Our polycottons, Klona cottons, fleece and a few poplins (stars, mini stars and polka dots) are repeatable. The majority of our fabrics are subject to availability.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Yes! For cancellations and amendments, please send us an email on enquiries.williamsons@gmail.com and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund or refund you the item(s) you no longer need. Alternatively, if your amendment is adding more items to your original order, simply put through a new order and we will send everything (your original and new order) together and refund you the second postage charge.

Do you have a high street store?

Yes! Our shop is situated on the coast in Southampton. We are open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday and we would love to see you! Our address is 45 Victoria Road, Woolston, Southampton, Hampshire, SO19 9DY. You can also call us on 02380 448081 or contact us via email, Facebook or Instagram.

Do you sell net curtains?

To ensure accuracy of measurements, we only sell our range of net curtains via our highstreet store.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes, we have an in-house seemstress. To enquire about her prices and availability, please phone the shop on 02380 448081 or contact us via email or Facebook.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can. Simply select our click and collect option when completing your order and we will aim to have it ready the next working day. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect from our high street store. We are open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday.

Do you sell gifts and gift cards?

Yes! An array of handmade gifts from our workshop are available in store and online. For the moment, gift cards can only be purchased in store (although if you send us an email we’re sure we can sort something for you). We are currently in the process of making our gift cards available online.

What are your shipping methods?

We send our parcels via Evri (Hermes) and they should be with you within three working days. You should receive an email when your order is on the way! For smaller items, we also use Royal Mail second class. Should you need your order quickly, please email us and we will try and help you.
