All collections are to take place at the front of the shop behind the designated queuing system. If you would like to collect your items and browse our store, please join the store queue as we are still adhering to social distancing guidelines within our premisis. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection and we aim for this to be the next working day.
All orders within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) are sent via Hermes. Once your order has been processed, you should receive an email stating it has been fulfilled along with a Hermes tracking number for your reference (we also keep all tracking numbers so we can track your orders from our end, too).
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. In order to keep shipping prices to a minimum for our customers, all orders above 2kg will be split and sent in two parcels (as for some reason, this greatly reduces the price!) You will receive a tracking number for each parcel which we will also keep on file.
